    The experience with Bon Pergola from start to finish was very good. Sales team was very responsive and worked with us at every step. We bought the 13x15 White Pergola with rain sensor and 9 feet columns . The pergola is sturdy and has a contemporary look to it. The delivery was within a couple weeks of purchase, the installation contractor (Hector) we worked with was very professional and communicated well with us. We went with him as he was referred by Bon Pergola. Overall, we liked his job. After installation, we found out that the rain sensor was not working and one of light strips was defective. Bon Pergola immediately replaced it for us and had Hector come out to fix it. We are happy with the purchase and it has been working out great for us so far.

    This pergola has extremely good quality meanwhile the cost is fairly reasonable. Assembly is quick and easy as well. Love it!

    Installation was easy and well engineered. It's taller than others. It's wider with 4 posts. I think the hardest thing is to make sure the measurment for the footing since we installed ourselves. Quality is extrememely good. Much better than Wood. It's amazing and watchproof. The lighting work very well at night. Drain is real smooth as well.
