Custom the pergola and wait for 10 weeks. Quality is great. A little confusing on how to do the wiring, but customer support was always there to help

We couldn’t be happier with the quality and ease of installation of our new pergola. It took about 5 weeks between the time we ordered it and the time it arrived, but the customer service team was very responsive and kept us up to date on the status of our order. It was well worth the wait and we highly recommend both the product and the company.

Everything was as expected. Delivery on time.

We got a 13 x 19 pergola a couple of months ago and it's been a really nice addition to our patio. The value for the money is great and setting it up was really easy with the help of some friends.
We also purchased two screens and those were not as easy to install, but the Bon support was great to give us advice on how to align them correctly.

Nice aluminum pergola - we got the Bon pergola a couple of months ago and setting it up was relatively quick and easy (with the help of some friends). We had some issues installing the screen and one screen was slightly damaged when we received it, but the Bon support was great and very helpful with resolving the situation.

Excellent product and support. Be sure to read the online information and install instructions - it reflects the correct data. Our install was more complex than many as part of the pergola spans our pool. We appreciate the spec sheet and support so that the process went well.

Good quality materials, looks fancier than expected. Very sturdy and waterproof. They give you the EXACT amount of connectors though, so don't lose even a single bolt.

Overall very satisfied, customer service was very good and they shipped quickly. No damaged pieces upon delivery, only downside was the instructions on paper were different than the manual online but i eventually figured it out. Would def recommend to anyone looking for a pergola.

We recently purchased the Villa Pergola (with all accessories). While the product itself is of good quality, our overall experience was a bit of a mixed bag. Product: 4 stars | Experience: 3 stars.

Pre-Sale Experience:
Before purchasing, I found the pre-sale support to be very helpful. The sales team was responsive and answered all of my questions thoroughly. They were great at assisting us with customizing our pergola to suit our space and needs. Their guidance made us feel confident in moving forward with such a significant purchase. At this stage, we felt like valued customers, and the communication was smooth and proactive.

Post-Sale Experience:
Unfortunately, once the sale was finalized, things took a downturn. Post-sale customer support was underwhelming, to say the least. The website provided an incorrect shipping timeline, promising delivery within a certain timeframe that was missed by a wide margin. When we reached out for updates, the responses from the customer service team were slow, and it felt like they were more focused on making excuses rather than addressing our concerns directly. There was no proactive communication on their part – we had to chase them down repeatedly just to get any updates on when we could expect delivery. This was especially frustrating considering the high price point of the product.

Product Quality:
As for the pergola itself, it is of good quality, sturdy, and visually appealing, adding a great aesthetic to our backyard. However, it wasn’t without its flaws. Upon installation, we discovered a cracked screen that should have been caught in quality control. In addition, some of the pre-drilled holes didn’t have the proper threading, making assembly more difficult than it should have been. These are not the kinds of issues you expect to encounter when purchasing a high-end product.

In summary, while the pergola ultimately looks good and elevates our backyard, the overall experience has left me feeling disappointed. I believe that at the price point the purchase should come with a seamless experience both before and after the sale, and unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here.

If you’re considering purchasing from this company, be prepared for some bumps along the way after you’ve committed to the sale.

We love our pergola. What a great add on to it. We also put some easy curtain to cover it further!

Our Bon Pergola is installed on an elevated deck, about 6 feet off the ground so I was hesitant about having any type of pergola on the deck for fear it might not hold up to our occasional more moderate wind/gusts. After doing a good bit of research, we decided to purchase the Bon Pergola last November and had it installed in January.

Hurricane Helenca hit our area unlike any other storm previously. As we watched tree after tree fall to the ground around our home from the flooding and wind, we also watched extremely nervously as the Bon Pergola shook and swayed on the back deck. At several points I thought for sure it would falter to the storm and winds, but I am happy to report that it stood strong against Helena. This is certainly a testament to the quality of Bon Pergola and the professional who assembled and installed it for us.

The guys at Bon Pergola not only provided a quality product, but they helped immensely in deciding whether or not it would work for my space, how to modify the beam length, and how to route wiring. he product was well packaged... in fact very well packaged. Parts were clearly labeled, and extra parts were included and labeled as such. Fit of all component's was great. Went together very well. Its very well made, so while the assembly is tedious, and the components are large and heavy, there were no issues with the assembly Everything has got protective film on the metal. Its a pain to remove and removal adds a LOT of time but is worth it as it really is protected in shipping. Product does function as intended, though i have learned that if there are leaves on the louvers, it might leak during rain. just like your roof gutters, you need to keep that clean. I also bought the bond bridge, but learned afterwards that something has changed with that supplier and it is no longer compatible. Waiting on return instructions, disappointed in that part. If that had worked this would be five stars

We had some snafus with delivery, not the fault of Bon Pergola. What I didn't expect was for BP to step up to the plate and at their own expense make sure the delivery happened. Above and beyond a traditional customer service experience, made me feel better about the purchase before it even arrived.

Eventually, all components of our 13x13 arrived in excellent shape and well packaged. Opening things up, you can really appreciate the thickness of the aluminum and coating....this isn't your Costco pergola. Me and my wife set it up over a couple of evenings, clear instructions. Tip - don't tighten any of the 4 cross member posts until all are connected to make the final fit easier.

Looks outstanding, solid, runs smoothly. This thing is heavy and although we get some stiff breezes off the lake it really is rock solid.

It is a big purchase to make online, sight unseen, but we are certainly glad we did. Trust the pics and reviews....will use BP again without hesitation.

We LOVE our new pergola! We purchased the 15'x15' Weatherproof Pergola and motorized screen. It's been so hot this summer and we can finally go outside to enjoy our deck and backyard! The louvers and screen operate smoothly and the lights are dimmable to add a good ambiance. Jeff was so helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. We had to alter the posts to make the pergola shorter and he was able to answer any questions our contractors had. We've gotten so many compliments from neighbors and the whole structure seems very good quality and very sturdy.
